Reuse

Ask your local nursery or garden store if they can reuse your plant pots. They usually prefer pots one-gallon or larger or pots of a certain brand. Call ahead.

Swap plant pots with your neighbors through online groups like "Buy Nothing" or Craigslist.

Disposal
Dispose as garbage when unable to reuse or recycle.
